Ceiling Light Suspension Plate
If you need to hand a light from the ceiling or joist, then use a Ceiling Light Suspension Plate as the starting point. Attach the plate to your ceiling using a couple of screws (not included), then add a 3 hole cord grip to hang from this Ceiling Light Plate (see 3rd image).
Its important to note that the maximum weight you can safely hang from this plate is 2.5Kg.
