All our custom-made products are non-returnable as these are specially made.

A custom-made product will need to be built by one of our technicians and can up to 3 days to make depending on workload and qty ordered.
The delivery timescale given on the website is from dispatch and not when ordered.
Our custom-made leads are not to be taken apart in any way shape or form.
Inspection & Test Procedures
Inspection and tests will be carried out on all custom leads and assemblies that are made to be connected to the mains electricity.
Class 1 Inspection and Test procedures will be used for assembly that have a 3-core flex, which uses an earth wire. After assembly, a physical examination is carried out to ensure the product is assembled correctly, and it matches the product assembly requirements and then a function test will be carried out.
Class 2 Inspection and Test procedures will be used for assembly that have 2 cores. After assembly, a physical examination is carried out to ensure the product is assembled correctly, and it matches the product assembly requirements and then a function test will be carried out.
With all assemblies using a lamp holder a Max Wattage label will be affixed to the lamp holder, but this must be specified by you the manufacture of the finished luminaire as to the rating of the lamp used.
Custom Leads and Assemblies must not be taken apart in any way and must only be used for the construction of a luminaire and not for any other device.
The fuse rating in the plug top must not be greater than 3 amps, and a cord grip or strain relief must be incorporated in the design of the luminaire.
If the lead gets damaged it MUST be replaced and must only be used in a freestanding luminaire where the lamp cannot touch any surface.
